Chloe Minella joined the Sharko|Weisenbeck|Mendoza Group in June 2024 as a Database Administrator. She is responsible for managing the SWM database and optimizing the team’s CRM.

Chloe earned her degree from Northern Michigan University. In her previous role working in the renewable energy industry, she identified her strong interest in working with data and gained experience in utilizing data management techniques to inform sales and marketing strategies.

In Chloe’s free time she enjoys kayaking, nature walks, and creating new plant-based recipes to share with her friends and family.
