Adrian Mendoza joined Marcus & Millichap in November 2010, specializing in single-tenant and multi-tenant net‑leased retail properties. Since then, he has completed more than 274 transactions across the Chicagoland area with a total value exceeding $1.2 billion. His client base includes high‑net‑worth private investors, developers, syndicators, and private equity groups.

Throughout his tenure, Adrian has earned multiple Sales Recognition Awards. In 2013, he partnered with fellow retail specialists Sean Sharko and Austin Weisenbeck from the Chicago Oak Brook office. Together, Adrian, Sean, and Austin have become one of the most active and respected retail teams in the Chicagoland market.

Adrian holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication with a minor in Business from the University of Illinois at Urbana‑Champaign. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Kim, and their children. Adrian and Kim share a love of cooking and exploring food together whenever possible.
