Giancarlo Mauro joined the Sharko | Weisenbeck | Mendoza Group as an Agent Candidate in December 2025. He specializes in the sale of multi-tenant retail properties in Southern Wisconsin, advising property owners on investment strategy, market positioning, and transaction execution.

Giancarlo was born and raised in Des Plaines, Illinois, and studied at Marquette University, where he earned a degree in Commercial Real Estate and Marketing with a minor in Professional Selling. A professor encouraged him to pursue investment sales brokerage, sparking his interest in advising property owners and working on complex real estate transactions. Giancarlo is committed to guiding clients with clear, practical advice throughout the investment process.

Outside of the office, he enjoys weightlifting, listening to podcasts and music, cooking, and spending time with friends.
